Important Information for Customers

Due to continuing COVID-19 restrictions Storm, like many manufacturers, are experiencing disruption to the supply of some critical materials, components and manufacturing resources. As global demand for those resources increases, our ‘out-of-house’ costs are also increasing. Vendor lead-times are also being extended.

Of particular concern is the lack of capacity in the freight transport sector, with delays, losses and significant increases in costs occurring on a frequent basis. In the best interests of our customers, Storm are continuing to mitigate those delays and cost increases. However, we must advise our customers that it may be necessary to review quoted prices and lead-times during the coming days and weeks. Some increases are likely to be unavoidable.
