Possible impact of COVID-19 on deliveries of Storm Interface devices.

Dear Customer,

As a manufacturing company we are dependent on the availability of our highly qualified and valued personnel. We are also dependent on a continuing supply of materials and components from specialist suppliers.  We are working diligently to maintain a continuing supply of Storm Interface products to our customers.

It should be noted that the continuing spread of the Corona virus is still causing some disruption to the global supply chain. We continue to prepare for possible shortages and enforced closure of some production and transportation facilities.

Our priority at this time is to maintain communication with our critical suppliers, to service our customers and to meet acknowledged orders and commitments.

Please understand that some extended delivery lead times may be required for new or non-scheduled orders.

To protect our colleagues and customers, in compliance with all current government recommendations, we have instigated additional sanitation procedures and social distancing provisions within our working environment. We have also invested in additional IT equipment to facilitate home working for many of our administrative staff and those with underlying conditions that would compromise their resistance to the Corona virus.

All Storm personnel remain committed to providing the best possible service to our valued customers.

Please be assured that we will take all reasonable measures to mitigate any shortages or failures within the supply chain and to keep our customers advised about the status of their orders.
