AXS S30 Touchless IR Exit Switch with Integrated Controller, Outdoor Locations

This touchless exit switch, provides short and medium range detection of a moving person or hand gesture. A simple wave of the hand allows effortless transition from a secured area through a normally locked door, gate or barrier. As an approaching person is detected an integrated relay (contained within the exit switch) activates any electrically operated lock or door-opening system. An integrated controller provides an additional facility for connection of a MIFARE® card reader or Weigand compatible integrated keypad reader (installed at the unsecured side of the door).

Rated for outdoor use and features a distinctive halo of illumination (switchable), along with a single integrated power relay to energize or de-energize the lock.

The S30 IR switch can also be used to actuate other electronic or electrically operated systems such as powered door openers, timers, lighting systems etc. US customers please note - this product is not UL294 certified.
