DESCRIPTION Specified for use with all Storm AXS access control systems this integrated device provides a means of emergency escape through an access controlled (secured) exit door. Breaking the glass panel permanently releases an electrically operated fail-safe door lock (unlocking the door).

Breaking the glass panel can simultaneously trigger a local and/or remote alarm system. The ‘break glass’ system is activated by striking the glass with the attached mini-hammer. A ‘break glass’ system requires greater commitment on the part of the activator, so helping to avoid false alarms. Replacement glass panel included. This device is designed to be easily installed to a flush mounted, standard US format, electrical back box.
