Possible impact of COVID-19 on deliveries of Storm Interface devices.

Dear Customer,

Regarding the possible impact of COVID-19 on the production and delivery of Storm Interface products.

As a manufacturing company we are dependent on the availability of our highly qualified and valued personnel. We are also dependent on a continuing supply of materials and components from specialist suppliers.  It should be noted that, as the rapid spread of Corona virus causes widespread disruption to the supply chain, we must prepare for inevitable shortages and possible enforced closure of some production facilities.

To protect our colleagues and customers, in-line with current government recommendations, we have instigated additional sanitation procedures within our working environment. We have also invested in additional IT equipment to facilitate home working for many of our administrative staff and those with underlying conditions that would compromise their resistance to the Corona virus.

Our priority at this time is to maintain communication with our critical suppliers, to service existing customers, and to meet our commitments to deliver orders as received and acknowledged.

Please understand that, at this time, it may not be possible to confirm accurate delivery lead times for new or non-scheduled orders for some products in the Storm range.

Please be assured that we will take all reasonable measures to mitigate any shortages or failures within the supply chain and to keep our customers advised about the status of their orders.

All Storm personnel remain committed to providing the best possible service to our valued customers.
